Domestic Shipping within New Zealand

Free tracked economy postage is included to any NZ address (1-5 working days). Tracked overnight courier upgrade available for an extra cost at checkout (1-2 working days, but generally overnight). All parcels are sent via NZ Post and subject to their delivery standards. Please note delivery times are estimates by NZ Post and do not factor in COVID-19 restrictions or delays.

International Shipping

Tracked international economy or courier shipping options are available at the checkout and the cost will be dependent on the destination address. (It is the buyers’ responsibility to meet any Government Taxes, Duties or Restrictions). All parcels are sent via NZ Post and subject to their delivery standards. Returns

We hope you're delighted with your purchase from us. Since our items are unique pieces, we unfortunately don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or does not match your order details. All jewellery from Jade Pebble is handmade, so each piece will be unique with different patterns, marks, and shades. If you get an item that is faulty or wrong, please connect with us in the first 7 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or store credit. Regrettably, neither the original nor return shipping costs will be reimbursed. To guarantee safe delivery, we suggest you ship any returns with a courier tracking service. Jade Pebble won't be held responsible for any returns that are broken, missing, or stolen. Store credit can be used on any future purchases from our website and won't expire.

Personalised Orders

For personalized orders, we require a deposit of 1/3 of the total payment upfront to schedule the work. This deposit is non-refundable if the client changes their mind or cancels the order for any reason. The deposit covers the artist's initial time, materials, and preparation invested in the commissioned piece.

If Jade Pebble is unable to complete the personalized order due to circumstances on our end, the deposit will be fully refunded to the client. Any remaining balance of the total payment will only be charged once the client has approved the final product before shipping.

Please ensure you carefully review all details of your personalized order before confirming and paying the deposit, as it is non-refundable in the event of a client-initiated cancellation or change of mind.
